Artist Arna Mačkić and Lorien Beijaert of architecture studio Studio L A designed the exhibition. More than 280m2 of Harlequin Hi-Shine gloss mirrored vinyl flooring in metallic gold was specially commissioned for the space.
Astrid Klubert, Senior Sales Manager at Harlequin Europe:
“We worked with LA Studio last year on a project in Leuven, Belgium. The studio then chose Harlequin Hi-Shine in silver. As they were delighted with the effect achieved and the quality of the coating, they contacted us when choosing the floor of this exhibition. Gold Harlequin Hi-Shine was selected for its mirror effect and its golden reflections, in reference to the Sun God.”
