Online Shop Returns Policy
Orders for in stock items will be despatched within 1-3 business days. Shipping costs will be calculated based on the products ordered and delivery destination.
Returning your product because you have changed your mind
Please return your item unused, in original condition with proof of purchase within 30 days of delivery and we will give you a refund of the product price.
Shipping charges, including charges to return the product, are non-refundable.
Returning a faulty product
If your product has a manufacturing defect or develops a fault within 30 days of purchase, please contact us and we will exchange it or give you a refund.
Beyond 30 days, we will replace or repair the product in accordance with the terms of the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Returned items remain your responsibility until they reach us, so please ensure that items are packaged correctly (ideally in the original packaging) in order to prevent damage.
We strongly recommend that you get proof of postage in case you need to contact us about your return.
Requesting a Return
To request a return for an online shop order, go to My account, click on ‘Orders’ then ‘Request Return’ for the relevant order and fill in the form.
You will receive an email confirmation and refunds will be processed within 14 days of receipt of the returned item as long as the returned product meets the criteria above. Please note that it may take up to 14 days for the funds to appear in your account.
