The Harlequin Floors Subscribe & Save service allows customers to receive regular deliveries on selected Vinyl Tape and Vinyl Cleaning Products at a chosen subscription frequency. By enrolling in this service, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
Subscription Products
Subscribe & Save is available on selected Vinyl Tape and Vinyl Cleaning Products. Product availability may change from time to time.
Subscription Frequency
Customers may choose one of the following delivery intervals:
- Monthly (every 1 month)
- Quarterly (every 3 months)
- Biannually (every 6 months)
Your chosen subscription frequency will determine how often your order is automatically processed and dispatched.
Pricing & Payment
We may revise these terms of use at any time by amending this page. Please check this page from time to time to take notice of any changes we made, as they are binding on you.
Changes to Our Site
The price of each subscription order will be as displayed at the time of purchase, including any applicable Subscribe & Save discount.
By confirming your order, you are subscribing to a recurring delivery service (every month, every 3 months or every 6 months) until one of the parties decides to terminate this subscription. You acknowledge that this offer commits you to a payment every month, every three months or every 6 months and you authorise us to debit the corresponding sum automatically.
We reserve the right to change pricing; however, you will be notified in advance of any changes before your next renewal.
Subscription payments are only available via Credit & Debit Cards.
Renewal & Billing
Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle according to your selected delivery frequency. The billing cycle renewal date is determined by the date the initial order was placed. Billing cycles are determined by the frequency chosen on your initial Subscription order, for example if you choose every 3 months then the billing cycle will be every 3 months.
Orders will be processed and payment taken on the renewal date unless the subscription is cancelled in accordance with these Terms.
Email Notifications
A reminder email will be sent to the email address associated with your account approximately 5 days prior to each renewal. This notification will include details of your upcoming order.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time via your online account.
To avoid being charged for the next order, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled renewal date.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before renewal may not prevent the upcoming order from being processed.
Changes to Subscription
You may modify your subscription (including cancellation, change of address, change of payment or renew now) at any time through your account, up to 24 hours before the next renewal date.
Returns & Refunds
All subscription orders are subject to our Online Shop Returns Policy.
Delivery
Delivery terms, costs, and estimated delivery times are in line with our standard shipping policy and will be displayed at checkout.
Failed Payments
If a payment cannot be processed, we will notify you and may attempt to process the payment again. We reserve the right to pause or cancel your subscription if payment is not successfully completed.
Changes to or Cancellation of Service
Harlequin Floors reserves the right to amend or discontinue the Subscribe & Save service at any time. Where possible, reasonable notice will be provided to active subscribers.
Liability
Harlequin Floors shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of the Subscribe & Save service, except where required by law.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
