“Asking for it” a co-production with Landmark Productions and Everyman recently completed a sell-out run at the Abbey Theatre Dublin.
The stage adaption of the harrowing subject matter of Louise O’Neill’s acclaimed novel was written by Meadhbh McHugh in collaboration with director Annabelle Comyn.
The powerful set was created by Paul O’Mahony using transparent panels and gloss black Harlequin Hi-Shine vinyl flooring.
Asking for It had its world premiere as part of Cork Midsummer Festival in June 2018 and went on to the sold-out, two-week run at the Abbey Theatre, Dublin in November 2018.
