Project Coordinator
An opportunity to work in a small global contracts department in a varied and fast paced environment.
This is an exciting role for a motivated individual to work as part of a team that takes on the daily operational tasks involved in the organisation of installing our sprung and vinyl performance floors in the UK and worldwide. The role will provide support to the Senior Project Coordinator as well as organising and running their own installation schedule/projects.
The Project Co-ordinator role:
- Liaise with sales re. Installations details and timings
- Organise pre install site visits
- Update and help manage the contracts installation schedule
- Order material for installations
- Book flights, hotels, crossings where international travel is required for installations
- G-Drive management and general housekeeping for the department
- Organise PAT testing and servicing of tools when required
The successful candidate will be highly organised with great attention to detail and the ability to multitask. Health and safety experience would be preferable but not essential. A willingness to work as a team is a must and a good sense of humour helps!
The office is located in Tunbridge Wells and the team currently operates a hybrid schedule with 2/3 days working in the office. 20 days holiday is offered with health benefits, pension scheme and discretionary bonus.
