Nitin Sawhney performs one-off concert on Harlequin Reversible

There are few in the industry as musically versatile as the extraordinary Nitin Sawhney. So, when the Royal Albert Hall and Sadler’s Wells announced the one-off concert, it was no surprise to see tickets in high demand and an exciting, dynamic line-up for the evening.

With a range of performers joining Sawhney including Joss Stone and dance duo Honji Wang and Sebastian Ramirez, the event, which took place at the Royal Albert Hall on 2 November, required an equally versatile floor. Harlequin Reversible was the obvious choice for Royal Albert Hall Event Manager, Mo Crowe.

Commenting on the floor “Myke from the Sales team could not have been more helpful when I contacted Harlequin about dance floor. She recommended the Reversible range to lay across our steeldeck sections and even gave me a choice of colours. Adam Carree, Production Manager for Sadler’s Wells took charge of the laying of the floor and it looked great – smooth, with a matt shine which is exactly what we wanted. When I found out that Myke was a fan of Nitin it was pleasure to invite her to see the show.”

Harlequin sales executive and huge Sawhney fan, Myke Millward was lucky enough to attend on the night and “loved every minute of it”.

She continued, “The combination of Sawhney’s beautiful music and the thrilling dance performance by Honji Wang and Sebastian Ramirez made it such a unique and special event. I’m so grateful to Mo for the opportunity to attend.”
